We kicked off our Greenpower USA season at Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Alabama, a great track to test our car in real competition. We finished 13th overall—not the placement we hoped for, but an incredibly valuable experience that helped us learn more in one day than weeks of practice.
The event challenged us to refine our strategy, improve battery management, and work together smoothly as a full team—drivers, engineers, pit crew, fundraisers, and media. Most importantly, it showed us exactly where we need to grow before the big competitions in May. Placement matters, but it’s not the biggest factor right now—progress is.
We also want to give a huge thank you to our sponsors for supporting us and helping make this race possible. Their belief in our team keeps us moving forward.
Choccolocco Park was a strong start to our season, and we’re excited to keep improving race by race.

We continued our Greenpower USA season at Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Alabama—a great learning track that allowed us to push our car in real race conditions and build on what we learned from our opening event.
The first heat came with some challenges, with our axle shifting during the race. Thanks to quick problem-solving and strong teamwork in the pits, we were able to make the necessary adjustments and get the car back into solid shape. By the second heat, everything was running smoothly.
This race reinforced the importance of preparation, adaptability, and clear communication across our entire team—from drivers and engineers to pit crew, fundraisers, and media. Every lap gave us valuable data and confidence as we continue refining our strategy ahead of the major competitions in May.
We’re incredibly grateful to our sponsors for their continued support. Their belief in our team allows us to learn, improve, and compete at a higher level each race.
Choccolocco Park proved to be an important step in our season, and we’re excited to keep building momentum as we improve race by race.
3RD Race Results
Our third event of the season took a different approach as we competed in a virtual race hosted by Clayton Homes, giving us another valuable opportunity to test our strategy and performance in a new format.
Even though it wasn’t held on a traditional track, the virtual race still challenged our team to think critically about efficiency, battery management, and consistency. Without the usual on-site racing environment, success depended even more on preparation, precise calculations, and strong communication between our drivers and engineers.
The event allowed us to analyze our data closely, fine-tune our setup, and experiment with improvements that will translate directly to future in-person races. It was a great chance to strengthen the technical side of our program and continue learning without the pressure of race-day traffic.
Every race—physical or virtual—helps us grow, and this one was another important step forward. We’re proud of the progress we’re making and excited to carry what we learned into our next competition.
